It is a very interesting case study as the information is very updated for local primary and secondary school stakeholders. The positive results of the study will be useful for EDB to decide to spend money to subsidize schools to use this technology. I think this case study or research deserves deeper investigation.

BTW, how to measure the 'added value'?

Can you quote the source? I would like to read the whole paper. Thanks!
