Hi Tam,
Thanks for your work. I just think that maybe you need to set the duration of the study and when will you study be taken place? I am not very sure of the work of the librarian but I think their jobs will be different at different time (maybe extremely busy at the end of the term) so I think it is better for you to state the time.

It is a good idea that all the participant T-Librarians are with similar working backgrounds which means that they have similar targets and job performance.
This will be an inspiring research for the teacher librarians in Hong Kong and may shed some light for the officers of EDB and the school principals?
But this kind of qualitative analysis is not easy to do.

Thanks a lot for your comment.
You remind me about the timeline of the study.
In order to get sufficient information, the study will engage one school year.
The observation days will select in the middle of the school term with no special programs occure.

When I am drafting my proposal, I really find that data analysis of qualitative research is a great challenge. Anyway, I will try my best to solve this problem.
